These balloon bouquet or balloon tassel garland Sold individually and is uninflated with no air or helium. We provide helium filled service in Auckland Area with extra charge. Please contact customer service if you need balloon helium filled.
*Children under 8 yrs can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
